How do I utilize ARG's strategic branding?

You can leverage our national brand exclusively, co-brand with your current business name or choose not to utilize our brand at all.

I already have a well-established recruiting business; is ARG for me?

Why do I need a comprehensive 5-point infrastructure solution for my small recruiting/staffing business?

Absolutely! Why? The quick answer is so you can earn more money. The same reasons why big corporations make more money than mom and pop business….infrastructure! Ask any independent Prudential, State Farm or Re/Max agent why they choose to plugin to a comprehensive infrastructure versus go it alone. ARG provides you the tools, services and support you need to bill more while enjoying your entrepreneurial status.

Why do you offer a choice between paying a monthly fee and 100% funded?

We understand that many independent recruiters and small teams do not have access to the capital required to properly fund a viable recruiting business. ARG offers 100% funding for our Partnership Plans providing 100% access to all our tools, services and support from day one. If you choose a funded partnership plan, you must meet our minimum qualifications and abide by our Partner Accountability Policy (PAP).

As an Agent Recruiter, what are my responsibilities?

We provide the back office tools, resources and support while you provide the professional full desk recruiting (Clients/Candidates).

  1. Stay in good standing with your chosen payment plan.
  2. Represent your recruiting desk with integrity & professionalism.

When I make a placement, how and when do I get paid?

For your direct hire invoices, you submit them through ARG's proprietary AgentHQ software and ARG handles the invoicing and collections for you. The entire process is tracked in real time straight from the software, so you are in the know all the time. When payments are received and cleared, we mail or wire your commissions directly to you within 4 to 5 business days. For your contract staffing commissions, if net 7 payment terms are set with your clients, we pay direct deposit every Friday. Otherwise, we pay commissions as the client pays the invoice. Lastly, should you leave ARG for any reason, you still get paid any commissions that are outstanding even if the candidate has not started yet.

Do I have to sign a non-compete when starting with ARG?

There is NO non-compete and our Partner Agreement can be terminated at any time with a written notice by either party. At ARG, you enjoy the peace of mind knowing your client & candidate relationships stay with you. ARG corporate is dedicated only to the success of our Agents and therefore does not engage in any direct recruiting activities with companies.

If I use Sendouts, will my client and candidate information remain confidential?

Data entered into your Sendouts Pro software is 100% confidential. Absolutely no person has access to your database except you. Your data is held in a secured SQL Server database housed at SunGard's state-of-the-art Security Operations Center. Sendouts provides several layers of data backup and redundancy so your data is always available 24/7. If at anytime you wish to leave ARG or Sendouts, your database can quickly and easily be exported to a CD or drive so you can move to any ATS software provider you prefer. Control, security, backup and transferability are yours.

What If I plan on growing my business? Isn't ARG set up for only one recruiter?

NO! The beauty of ARG is that it's the cornerstone of your complete business. With our MAR plan (Managing Agent Recruiter), you can add recruiters under ANY comp plan that you wish, using the ARG infrastructure. Incremental associates are added at a fraction of the cost, enabling you to invest and grow faster and stronger than if you were on your own.

Do I have to sign up for a Partnership Plan if all I need is employer of record services?

Yes. To use our contracting services, you must sign up for one of our four partnership plans. Remember, running contracting services through ARG instantly gets you discounts depending on your volume which can range from 25% to 100% OFF. See our Discount Calculator.

What if I need my recruiting/staffing specialty to be stated in my branding?

No problem! Below the ARG logo, we can replace "AgentHR Recruiting Group" with one of eleven different specialties: Technology Recruiting, Engineering Recruiting, Executive Recruiting, Financial Recruiting, Marketing & Sales Recruiting, Healthcare Recruiting, Hospitality Recruiting, Human Resources Staffing, Legal Recruiting, Government Recruiting and Administrative Staffing. Do I need to qualify?

Only if you choose our 100% funded option instead of paying the monthly fee, ARG will need to qualify your application.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a 3rd party recruiting/staffing professional
  • Strong client development & candidate sourcing experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-motivated & results-driven
  • The ability to work from your home office
Application Process:
  • Complete funding application
  • Phone interview & discovery
  • Submission of references & W-2
  • Attend onboarding class at our HQ in Tampa, FL
Partner Accountability Policy (PAP):
  • Each year you must bill your minimum in billings for your chosen Partnership Plan.
  • You cannot exceed four consecutive months without a placement while under your minimum billings.
  • All invoices must be completed through our AgentHQ invoice tracking software.
