As a founder of ARG, Robert Brennan has over 18 years experience in sales and management with a focus on business development, recruiting strategies and management practices. He has been involved with several entrepreneurial start-ups as well as fortune 500 companies with an emphasis in recruiting development and marketing strategies.
Robert has taken his background and experience and applied it to the Independent Recruiting industry today by building the Agent Recruiting model of ARG. Robert has held a seat on the board of the National Association of Personnel Services and maintains a voice keeping him close to the trends in the industry. With technology and vision, he is redefining America's mainstream recruiting landscape.
Robert has a BA degree in Political Science and Communications from Florida State University.
Neil Lebovits, CPA, CPC, CTS / President & COO
Neil Lebovits, CPA, CPC,CTS was a global president for Adecco, the worlds largest Staffing & Recruiting Firm, where he sat on the global executive team. Previously, Neil was the President and COO of Ajilon Professional staffing for North America, where he oversaw over 100 offices. He founded his industry training & development company, www.TheDynamicSale.Com in 2009. Neil shares the secrets & systems that he has developed and harnessed while working himself up over his 20+ years in the industry. Neil has also been a renowned leader, motivator, trainer and speaker. He has been featured countless times on Bloomberg TV, CNN, ABC news, CNBC and NY1. He has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune magazine, Smart Money and more! He has been a top rated forum and keynote speaker at every conference he attends due to his fresh, dynamic and extremely entertaining style. Neil has keynoted or been selected as a key speaker for the ASA webinars, Fordyce Forum, NAPS annual conference, NJSA annual conference, MNRSA, CSP, NYSA and many more. Neil is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Business Administration. He also graduated with a certificate from the prestigious Stanford University Executive Program. His earlier career included three years with Ernst & Young, where he obtained his CPA designation. Neil is also a Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.
Michelle Brennan / CFO
As a co-founder of ARG, Michelle has over fifteen years of recruiting experience including sales and branch management as well as HR Consulting. In addition, she has over 12 years experience in accounting and sales management. She began her career with a Big 5 CPA firm and then moved into financial management developing strategic alliances for fortune 500 and several start-up companies. In addition, she has extensive experience in building financial and marketing models for successful recruiting operations.
She plays a crucial role in helping to guide Agents through the start up of their Agent Recruiting business. She also manages the financial management of ARG as well as contract management for National Accounts and Vendor relationships.
Michelle is a member of the WBENC and has held a seat on the board of the National Association of Personnel Services. She is a graduate of Florida Southern College, holding a BS degree in Accounting. She has passed her CPA Exam and holds her series 6, 63, and 7 licenses.
